Research project initiated

On October 1, 2024, SIA “Mechanika Engineering” in collaboration with SIA “Sters G” launches a research project: “Development of a robotic system for the automated packaging of spatially randomly arranged objects.” The research project is being implemented under the project “Forest Sector Competence Center - Digitalization” as part of the initiative “Support for the introduction of new products and services in business” by SIA “Forest Sector Competence Center”, CFLA contract No. 2.2.1.3.i.0/1/24/A/CFLA/001.  

Termination of the research project

A decision has been made to terminate the research project "Wood Scanner with the Ability to Detect Wood Defects and Perform Appropriate Sorting." The project was implemented in collaboration with SIA “Avoti” under the European Union Recovery Fund investment project “Forest Sector Competence Center” No. 5.1.1.2.i.0/1/22/A/CFLA/007.
