SHRINK-WRAPPED WOODEN MOLDING PALLETIZING LINE
A packaging line for wooden slats packed in film was developed and installed in 2023 for a Latvian customer. Assembling packages takes place automatically by receiving products one by one, which arrive on the conveyor from the thermal tunnel. The machine is able to cut the product in width from 95 to 400 mm and 180 degrees along the longitudinal axis. Products arrive at a speed of up to 20m/min. Permissible product length – 1200-5400 mm, width – 95-600 mm, thickness – 13-18 mm.
WOODEN MOULDINGS STACKING ROBOT
In automatic mode, both flat and complex profile wooden slats up to 4500mm in length are stacked and spacers are placed between each selected layer. You can put cardboard and wooden spacers at the same time, choose the stacking height, as well as the number of layers between which the spacers are bent. The robot tool is designed in such a way that it does not leave any marks on newly painted slats, while at the same time it is able to provide itself with new product trays.
MOLDING GROUPING AND PACKAGING
An automated wooden laths packaging line was developed and installed for a Latvian customer in 2021, which assembles wooden slats into packages. The required size is manually set, blanks are inserted and finished parts are removed from the magazines, the rest of the work cycle takes place in automatic mode. The line is able to pack up to 30 slats per minute with a maximum weight of up to 30 kg with a minimum slat size: 1100x40x9 mm and a maximum: 4450x145x32 mm. The slats have three painted edges, and when the line packs them, they cut the first and last slats in the pack so that the unpainted edge is on the outside.
