A seven-axis robotic system for 6D milling, 6D drilling, and 6D sawing wooden profiles. The robot's tool is equipped with two types of drills, a milling cutter, a saw, and an aspiration system. Additionally, a waste removal system is installed under the feeding system, keeping the working area as clean as possible. The robot can process up to 60 profiles per hour. Profiles are automatically transferred from the unloading cassette to the loading cassette and are automatically secured during processing. The lengths of the profiles to be processed range from 590 mm to 2100 mm.
